賣相超好 但友人不太喜歡 生牛肉下的配料很辣

我的starter很很很很棒 impressed:)


Slow-cooked pork belly, braised pig cheeks, black pudding spring roll (£29)


Confit Loch Duart salmon, foie gras, creamed leeks, salmon bisque and souffle potato (£33)


Pre-dessert- Lemon Sorbet
